How is the grade calculated?
Each area has a weight that adds up to 100 points. Your score maps to a letter grade from A to F. We prioritise the highest-impact misses so you know what to fix first.
What review and response targets do you use?
Defaults are 30+ reviews per location and an 80% response rate. You can meet or exceed these for full points. The tool scales review targets by your number of locations.
How many categories should I use on GBP?
One accurate primary category plus one to three highly relevant secondary categories. Avoid category stuffing—irrelevant categories can hurt relevance.
How often should I post on Google Business Profile?
