Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy allows clients to cancel or reschedule a session up to 48 hours in advance for a full refund or rebooking without additional charges. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours are non-refundable, and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. Full payment is required at the time of booking, and sessions will only be confirmed after payment is completed. Sessions are conducted online, and clients must provide detailed information about their issues beforehand to ensure productive use of time. While every effort is made to resolve issues during the session, some problems may require additional sessions. Clients are expected to have their Wix account and Velo Editor ready, along with a stable internet connection, to avoid disruptions.
